Resumes that fill the page, Classic as the default and clearer paid orders
A long role can now continue on the next page so page 1 is full, Classic is the default layout, paid orders say what happens next, and every free tool and form shares one design.
New
- A long role can continue on the next page, keeping its title and first two bullets together, so page 1 no longer ends early.
- Classic is the default layout. Setup suggests Classic, Modern, Minimal and Skyline, and the other layouts are one tap away.
- A short resume is spaced to fill its page, and tells you when there is too little to fill it.
Improved
- Every free tool, the paid setup, the order page and the review page share one form design in one centred column.
- Your paid orders are easy to find, and each says what happens next.
- A delivered resume opens in the editor as your own copy, and Copy text works.
- The pay box asks only what your review left open, and promises only what happens after you pay.
- Job match grades on the first try and lists the job's keywords.
- The free tools grade your text exactly as you pasted it.
- Whole prices show without paise.
Fixed
- PDF and Word uploads are read again.
- A form opened from its private link keeps saving while you type.
- Back on order and setup pages goes where you came from.
- A finished resume is never listed as "Being written".
- Website buyers are never sent to a WhatsApp chat they don't have.
Headlines that stick to your resume, and a fuller job fit
AI headlines lead with the role you hold now and use only what your resume says, the job fit reads your whole Career Story, and the LinkedIn checker no longer loops.
Improved
- AI headlines lead with the role you hold now, keep a role you want and an unfinished degree as they are, and use only the dates, figures and credentials in your own text.
- The job fit checks the terms a job names against your whole Career Story. A posting that names too few terms gets its fit in words instead of a score.
- An old job fit offers a fresh read.
- The keyword checker reads "no experience in X" and section headings the way a person would.
- Signed-in members can use the review tool.
Fixed
- The LinkedIn profile checker no longer loops.
A new look, nine free tools back and paid tools on one screen in the app
ResumeGuru has a new look, nine free tools are back, the keyword checker is live, paid tools go from free check to payment on one screen in the app, and the free review now takes about 10 to 15 seconds.
New
- A new look across the website, the free tools and the app.
- Nine free tools are back: resume summary generator, follow-up email after an interview, salary negotiation email, resume bullet point (STAR) generator, how to start a cover letter, skills for resume, self introduction for interviews, career objective for resume, and a job application tracker template.
- The resume keyword checker is now live.
- Members can check a different resume from the free check with Use another resume.
Improved
- The paid tools (resume rewrite, cover letter, LinkedIn profile and tailor to a job) now live in the app. Website links take you there and keep your review. The cover letter tool's address is now /write-cover-letter.
- The free check, Vale's questions and payment sit on one screen. The questions come before you pay, are optional, and there is no second wait after paying.
- Your name and the job title fill in from your resume and the job post. You can change them.
- The free review now takes about 10 to 15 seconds, down from about 47. Company research and the fit read are quicker too.
- Waits show the real step and an honest time left, and the tab title says "Review ready" if you switched away. During the free review you see what it has already found in your resume.
- On phones, result pages no longer scroll sideways, Download and Copy sit under the title, and the install prompt no longer covers the Submit button.
- Job match explains why it could not grade and how long to wait before trying again.
Fixed
- Uploading the same resume file twice no longer fails with "That upload reference is not valid here".
- Members can vote on public roadmap items again.
In-hand salary pages for 3, 4, 5, 8, 10 and 20 LPA
Six more in-hand salary pages for the most searched salary levels, each leading with what is different at that salary, and the beta roadmap now asks guests to create an account.
New
- In-hand salary pages for 3, 4, 5, 8, 10 and 20 LPA. Each leads with something that matters at that level, for example:
- 3 LPA: no income tax under either regime, so professional tax is the only tax, listed by state.
- 10 LPA: a raise stays tax-free up to just under 13.92 LPA, and between there and about 14.8 LPA a higher CTC leaves less in hand.
- 20 LPA: how the HRA limits by city under Rule 279 compare the old and new regimes.
- The salary calculator now lists all twelve levels.
Improved
- Voting on the beta roadmap is for members, and guests are asked to create an account.
Notice period calculator, resignation letter generator and in-hand salary calculator
Three new free tools for changing jobs: a notice period calculator, a resignation letter generator and a CTC to in-hand salary calculator for FY 2026-27.
New
- Notice period calculator. It handles both ways of counting notice days, notice buyout and the rules for four countries, with a page on UK statutory notice.
- Resignation letter generator in India, UK and US formats, with ten ready-made variants. It can take your last working day from the notice calculator, and it writes the letter in your browser with no account needed.
- CTC to in-hand salary calculator for FY 2026-27, with pages for 6, 7, 12, 15, 25 and 30 LPA. Each page explains what is different at that salary.
- The AI writer is now switched on in the job match tool.
Improved
- The action verbs page loads a little faster: a single "₹" no longer pulls in an extra font.
Fixed
- Guests can no longer post to the public feedback roadmap.

Sign in with Google, email or WhatsApp from one screen, download any fictional resume sample as a free PDF, and the action verbs and Naukri headline tools do more.

- The action verbs page checks the bullets you paste and gives each one a verdict, with 291 verbs in 18 groups by what a bullet shows.

- Cover letter examples for six roles.
Improved
- The tool pages load faster on phones.
- Phone sign-in sends one message per code, and the country picker is on every number field.
Vale's chat does more, and three tools get pages of their own
Vale's chat can now review and edit your resume, track jobs and practise interviews, and the cover letter, LinkedIn profile and tailoring tools each have a page of their own.
New
- The cover letter (₹199 / $5), LinkedIn profile (₹299 / $7) and tailor-to-a-job (₹249 / $6) tools each have a page of their own. Tailoring inside the app stays free.
- In Vale's chat you can review a resume and see its score and fixes, edit a saved resume, track jobs, practise interviews, correct your Career Story, and write cover letters if your plan includes them.
- Vale asks before it changes anything, and you can undo by asking.
- Attach a file from the chat box.
- A reply keeps going when you leave the chat, and the chat picks it up when you come back.
- Vale can show, correct and forget what it remembers about you.
Improved
- The chat opens much faster, and the newest messages appear first.
- On a computer, the app sits in a centred column with Vale always in view, and dark mode is a softer graphite.
- You can delete documents Vale made, and cover letters argue for you rather than retell your resume.
Fixed
- The resume editor never loses what you type, and saving a note never overwrites newer typing.
- The free review survives a lost connection.
- Uploads retry safely.
Vale's new design
The app now looks and works as Vale: a new design that follows your device's light or dark mode, one page per tool from free check to finished work, and screens built for the phone first.
New

- One Resume page takes you from the free check to the finished resume.
- Documents: one screen for your resume, tailored versions, letters, reviews and files.

- Vale opens as a panel over the screen you are on.
- The resume editor works on a phone, with Resume, Edit and Design tabs.
Improved
- Settings is one list with a page per section, and Support is the one place for help.
- Reviews, the Career Story, interview practice and the cover letter and LinkedIn tools are redesigned for the phone first.
- Search has one box.
- Profiles are gone: your details live in one Career Story.
Free reviews on WhatsApp, reminders for unopened orders and resume fixes
A resume sent on WhatsApp now gets its free review in the chat, buyers are reminded about finished work they haven't opened, and the resume header and support pages are fixed.
New
- Send your resume on WhatsApp and the free review comes back in the chat.
- If you haven't opened finished paid work, we email you a day later and again after three days, with a fresh link.
Fixed
- The resume header never shows your sign-in email as your name, and the name you type to Vale is saved.
- Vale's review sees your education, certifications and languages.
- WhatsApp support links open, the price list works again, and the welcome options keep working when tapped later.
- "See requests on this account" shows this account's requests.
Your files by email, a full resume report and a rewrite you can finish on your own
Every buyer now gets their files by email and on the web, a ₹149 full report follows the free review, the ₹799 rewrite can be bought and finished without help, and what you tell Vale shows on the resume.
New
- A full resume report for ₹149 ($5) after a free review: section by section, your weakest bullets, and a plan for the role you want.
- A "Your documents are ready" email with a private link to your order. Signed in, you open your own order without a link.
- The ₹799 resume rewrite can be bought and finished without help. The buy page says what you get and the four steps, and setup reuses your free review, so there is nothing to upload again.
Improved
- Downloads on the order page lead back to the order, not to WhatsApp.
- Designed PDFs are read in reading order, and contact details from setup reach the resume.
- A change you ask for on a finished resume goes through, and you can add facts that were missing.
Fixed
- Changes and dates you give Vale in the chat show on the resume.
- Education keeps its field, dates and grade.
- Header links print short, and the contact line wraps cleanly.
- Figures written next to their unit are no longer dropped.

- Every paid order comes with an invoice.
- Rate a free review with one tap when it finishes.

- The home page and the free review page lead with uploading your resume.
- Vale says it is an AI in its first message, and whenever you ask.
- The app home and the free review load faster.
- The refunds page explains revisions and refunds for each tier.
Fixed
- Invoice PDFs always download.
Vale on WhatsApp, reviewed resume samples and fewer, better free tools
Vale on WhatsApp now runs on WhatsApp's own business platform and goes straight to payment, 22 resume samples were reviewed and rewritten, and the free tools page keeps the tools that work well.
New
- Vale on WhatsApp now runs on WhatsApp's own business platform. Order confirmations and finished documents arrive in the chat, and replying STOP turns messages off.
- 22 reviewed resume samples, each in a layout chosen for it, with a note on why it is written the way it is.
- Each sample page links to its resume example and its main sections from the top, so you don't scroll past the whole resume to find them.
Improved
- Buying on WhatsApp: pick a service, pay, then answer one short set of questions. No more menus and forms before you pay.
- The free tools page lists the tools that give good results. Twelve weaker tools are hidden for now, and the six that stay, among them the notice period, resignation letter, Naukri headline and action verbs tools, got sharper.
Fixed
- Returning users who signed in with an email code or Google are no longer sent back to the sign-in page.
- Paid WhatsApp orders deliver their files even when they finish in the background.
Concrete next steps for your career work
Home now highlights upcoming interviews and due follow-ups, with links to the job or conversation that needs your attention. Ask Vale what is coming up to check the same scheduled work.
We have retired the overall Vale Score and removed its repeated bar from your workspaces. Your career does not need a single number. Resume reviews and interview feedback remain available for the specific material you are working on.
Old score links open Next steps. Your saved career material and historical account data remain yours.
One sign in, and your work follows you
Signing in is now one screen with two ways through it. Continue with Google, or type in the 6 digit code we email you. There is no password, because a password you reuse everywhere was never protecting anything.
Start before you sign up. Run a free review, try a tool, build something, all without an account. When you do sign up, that work is already yours. Nothing to import, nothing to paste in again, nothing lost because you were not logged in the first time round.
Sign in to an account you already had and the new work merges into it. One account, not two half finished ones.
The Vale Score has been rebuilt and now lives at /score. The same profile gives the same number every time, and every point traces back to something you can actually go and fix.
