Set a durable goal

Goals are owner-scoped growth records with a description, progress, and related career context. They are not the same thing as a Vale Objective.

Connect the gap

A goal can be used to work on a skill or evidence gap. The product should distinguish a goal you set from a claim already verified in Career Story.

Review progress

Update progress from the Growth surface and use the related Career Story or artifact workflow to create evidence for the work.
