One private library
Documents lists uploaded file metadata and generated objects that belong to your account. Native content remains owned by its feature; the library is not a replacement for Career Story or a generic AI memory.
Generated objects are separate
Cover letters and LinkedIn exports can be saved as generated Documents and reopened through their owning workflows. Profile binding remains part of the object context.
Vale reads through bounded paths
Vale may use registered career materials or explicit reference files when the relevant readiness gate allows it. A file appearing in Documents does not mean every path can search its contents.
