Write private notes

Notes are an owner-scoped place for rich text and links. Autosave and conflict handling protect the saved version when more than one edit is in flight.

Connect useful context

A note can link to supported product entities so you can return to the related job, resume, or Story item. Links do not grant access to another owner's data.

Search has a privacy boundary

Global Search uses a title-oriented notes projection; encrypted note bodies are not indexed. Vale actions over a note remain bounded by the note owner door.
