An Objective is user-directed work
A Vale Objective belongs to one Profile and can be associated with a conversation. It describes the task context and progress; it is not a duplicate Career Story warehouse.
Information is not automatically a task
Asking a question does not create an Objective on its own. Continue-as-task is explicit, and completion is established by a verified outcome or the user's manual completion.
Plans have a boundary
The retired durable plan mode, plan cards, and separate plan workspace are not current customer capabilities. Use an Objective only where the current product offers it.
