Read the activity timeline
The activity view is a bounded, content-light history of actions and outcomes. A receipt identifies what the product verified, not merely what a model intended.
Undo reversible work
Supported reversible writes expose a linked Undo action. Undo itself is a new action with its own receipt; it is not a hidden database rollback.
Destructive actions are different
Deletion and other recoverable or external-risk actions can require a proposal and explicit confirmation. A read or a reversible write does not imply that every action needs approval.
