Start with a message
Use the WhatsApp link on the website and tell Vale what you need. You can share an existing resume, explain your experience or send a supported voice note. WhatsApp is available across tiers, including Free, with usage and provider limits.

Bring your existing work
If you already use ResumeGuru, open Connect WhatsApp and verify the number for that account. A successful link gives Vale access to the same saved career context, documents and job-search workspace. Do not create a separate account just to use chat.
Forms and payments
Vale can send a focused link for the exact brief, template, identity check, payment or support request you need. You can return to the conversation afterward. The full workspace remains available through Open Vale on the web.
Keep orders distinct
Name the document or order you want to change. When more than one could match, choose the intended order before continuing. Check the order’s saved status for payment, delivery and available revisions.
Voice and recovery
Review the transcript when using a voice note. If it cannot be processed, resend a shorter recording or type the key details. A failed recording is not evidence that the requested work has been completed.
