Job-specific matching requires a tracked job description. Without that source, CareerOS cannot establish a meaningful job-specific comparison.
Read gaps as prompts
A gap can indicate that the resume does not surface existing evidence or that the Story does not yet contain evidence. It is not proof that you lack the underlying ability.
