Sign-in

Use Google or email one-time passcode and complete verification. If an anonymous review matters, return through the conversion path rather than starting a disconnected account.

Generation or usage

Check the account's current entitlement, usage meter, and any readiness message. A quota or provider failure should be shown as a recoverable state, not as evidence that your source material is missing.

Files and recovery

Check the supported extension and size, retry from the owning surface, and use Recently Deleted when available. Do not share a private file URL in a public report.
