Documents vault

Documents is the private library of uploaded metadata and generated objects. It is owned by the account and does not automatically make every file searchable by Vale.

Reference files

A reference file is material about someone else or an example you want Vale to inspect. It is stored separately and cannot become your Career Story fact merely because you asked.

Career Materials

Career Materials is a bounded catalog and retrieval index over allowed owner sources such as Career Story, resumes, notes, and generated documents. Readiness and ownership are checked at the native owner door before content is opened.
