Lineage remains attached

Career Story records how a fact arrived and whether it was hand-edited. A later edit does not erase the original source.

Verification gates generation

Only confirmed facts are eligible for generated career material. Suggestions and imported merges can be held for confirmation; the product should not silently turn a proposal into a fact.

Public is another boundary

A verified Story fact is not automatically public. Public Profile settings decide what is published, and those controls are separate from generation visibility.
