Usage meters show consumption against the current quota window or allowance. Different capabilities can have different windows and reset behavior.
Account state is private
Product Docs explain what a meter means but do not answer how much your account has left. The authenticated billing and quota surfaces own that value.
No unlimited promise
Every generation or analysis remains subject to the current entitlement, quota, and rate limits. A plan label does not remove those controls.
