The checkout sequence
Checkout identifies the account first, presents the selected SKU, sends you through the configured payment gateway, and returns to a same-origin CareerOS destination.
Currency and tax follow billing rules
The billing owner resolves display currency and applicable tax for the checkout context. Do not infer currency from the website host.
India GST rate: 18%
Payment is not entitlement by itself
The billing verification path activates access only after the payment is verified and the account entitlement is updated. If something fails, use the recoverable state shown in the flow.
