Preparing your CV for Sweden
EURES notes that some Swedish employers request a CV and personal letter, while others have stopped asking for the letter. It recommends reading the advert carefully and sending certificates only when requested. Work and education should be clear and dated.

Separate essential criteria from preferred qualifications. Address the former with evidence, and describe relevant transferable experience honestly where you do not meet a preference. Avoid adding a personal letter when the application explicitly excludes it.
A practical writing example
For a team-coordination requirement, explain which people you coordinated, what you organised and how decisions were recorded. Do not turn an informal support responsibility into a formal management title.
