Describe the control before the payment
The example checks invoice, purchase order and goods receipt, then routes exceptions for review. Preparing a payment batch is different from authorising it. State your part in that sequence and avoid claiming control of funds you could not release.
Give reconciliations a clear scope
Reconciling eight bank accounts describes recurring responsibility. A useful bullet also explains how unmatched entries were documented and resolved. “Managed accounts” leaves those steps unclear.
