Name the actual curriculum
This India-based example names ICSE and ISC because those are the fictional school’s courses. Replace them with the curriculum and age groups you have taught; the terms are not interchangeable across countries.
Separate teaching from leadership
The current role combines classroom work with departmental moderation and teacher support. Give each responsibility evidence instead of listing leadership as an unsupported adjective.
Explain results without claiming sole credit
Examination marks reflect several influences. If you include a change in results, name the cohort, period and assessment and describe what you did. This sample uses curriculum and moderation work that can be discussed directly.
