List genuine qualifications and their status
Use the exact title, provider and completion date of relevant training. Where the vacancy asks for current first-aid or specialist credentials, state your actual status. Do not copy a certificate from an example or conceal an expired award. Check the requirements for the specific session type and employer before applying.
Describe the teaching and organisation
Explain the type of sessions, audience and responsibilities you held without turning the resume into an exercise prescription. Planning, clear communication, attendance records and room readiness can all demonstrate dependable work. The sample also includes cover coordination, which shows how the candidate supported a working timetable rather than only delivering individual sessions.
Use participant information respectfully
Do not publish client health information, photographs or private progress records. If you discuss feedback or attendance, use information you are authorised to share and state the period clearly. Avoid promising a particular weight change, recovery outcome or injury reduction. A resume can show that participants understood session instructions without making a medical or universal performance claim.
