Define the hiring measure

The example counts accepted offers and reports a median time from approved opening to acceptance. That is different from time to start or recruiter activity volume. Name the start and end points of any hiring-speed claim.

Give offer acceptance a denominator

Twenty-four accepted offers out of thirty issued is 80% acceptance. Report the time window and population instead of quoting a percentage without context. Do not claim one change caused all improvement when compensation, role mix and market conditions also changed.

Describe shared decisions

The recruiter coordinates scorecards and evidence, while hiring managers and interviewers make role-specific assessments. Show your contribution without implying that recruiting software or one recruiter independently decided every hire.
