Describe preparation and escalation clearly
Show the work that made the theatre ready for the clinical team. Depending on your actual responsibilities, that may include checking equipment availability, preparing approved supplies and coordinating instrument sets with sterile services. Explain how you documented a problem and whom you notified. A useful bullet describes a readiness check and an escalation to the theatre lead or biomedical team. Saying you handled all emergencies leaves the reader without a reliable account of your role or authority.
Use operational achievements carefully
You can show an improvement without claiming a patient outcome. A clearer stock map, more complete handover records or fewer missing-item queries can demonstrate useful work. Give the period and the scope of the measurement. Do not translate a tidier supply process into an unsupported reduction in surgical complications.
