Put genuine eligibility information where it is easy to find
Use the exact qualification and institution from your records. Add required registration or certification details only when they are genuine, current and appropriate to the application. Do not copy a credential from a sample. Check the relevant regulator and the vacancy before applying.
Describe the placement without inflating responsibility
Name the department, placement dates and level of supervision. Explain your contribution to patient communication, records and team coordination using language that reflects the role you held. A sentence about supporting a general radiography session is more accurate for a student than claiming to independently manage an entire imaging service. Keep observed activities separate from tasks you performed under supervision.
Make careful work visible
You can show useful evidence without listing a dramatic clinical outcome. Complete records, timely escalation and clear handovers are concrete examples when they match your work. In this document, the candidate checked placement logs before supervisor review and reported equipment concerns through the established process. The wording shows a task and a boundary. It does not provide a clinical procedure or claim that an individual prevented every error.
Check the relevant authority
India announced updated curricula for several allied and healthcare professions in April 2025. This is useful education context, not proof that a particular qualification or person meets current registration requirements. Keep the exact title and dates from your own records and check current requirements with the relevant authority and employer. The illustrative career here may include study completed before that announcement.
