Explain revenue figures before celebrating them
A revenue bullet should identify the period, currency and measure. Invoiced sales, booked orders and recurring revenue describe different things. The sample states an annual invoiced figure and its target; it does not treat pipeline value as completed revenue. Where returns, cancellations or discounts matter, be ready to explain how your team reported them. Use a percentage only when you know the underlying values. Never copy a sample target to make an otherwise strong role look larger.
Give coaching a concrete example
Managed a team is a starting point, not the full story. Describe how you allocated territories, reviewed discovery calls, checked proposals or helped a new colleague build an account plan. A process change can show leadership without claiming that every improvement came from you. The quotation checklist in this sample has a defined problem and a short review period. If the outcome was not measured, describe the practice introduced and who used it instead of inventing a result.
Keep forecasts separate from promises
Forecasting evidence can include a consistent stage definition, review cadence or clearer reasons for moving an opportunity forward. Avoid saying your forecasts were always accurate unless you have a precise, defensible measure. Show how you worked with finance or operations when capacity, credit or delivery affected a deal. That makes the commercial context more credible than a list of ambitious growth words. A good CV leaves room for an honest explanation of the difficult quarter as well as the strong one.
