Describe the information requirement
Name the project context and information that had to be delivered. Explain how you translated requirements into a schedule, responsibilities or review criteria. The sample pairs a delivery schedule with named discipline owners, making the management contribution visible.
Connect a model review to an action
A clash count alone is a weak success measure because detection settings and model maturity affect it. Describe how issues were assigned, reviewed and closed. In the sample, the candidate introduces a register with owners and closure evidence. That shows a management contribution without claiming that software eliminated all design problems or construction risk.
Make the project boundary clear
Include asset type, phase and disciplines when you can share them. Distinguish coordination of design information from approval of the underlying engineering design. If you supported a project lead, say so. Do not claim professional sign-off authority that belonged to a licensed engineer or architect. Keep client models and commercial information out of public portfolio links unless disclosure is authorised.
