Distinguish partnering from administration
Both process delivery and advisory work can matter, but they are different contributions. Updating a workforce report is not the same as deciding the staffing model. Explain what information you prepared, what recommendation you made and who decided. The sample connects workforce information to an operating decision: coordinating hiring with available onboarding capacity.
Use people data carefully
Choose measures that have a clear population and time period. A reduction in unresolved onboarding issues for one cohort does not prove that company-wide retention improved. The figures here are fictional and intentionally narrow. For your own application, use aggregate information you are permitted to share and avoid identifiable employee cases, health details or private performance records.
Describe manager support with boundaries
A workshop, coaching conversation or revised guide can be useful evidence. Name the topic and the follow-up you owned. Do not claim that a single session transformed culture or resolved every employee-relations issue. If you worked with a specialist team, acknowledge that division of responsibility. Precise wording helps the reader understand how you collaborate in a real HR structure.
