Show the method behind the finding
The internship describes coding exit-interview records and conducting supervisor interviews. The revised result refers to the records that actually contained a relevant comment. A percentage without a clear denominator could misrepresent the finding.
Separate a recommendation from an outcome
The applicant proposed a roster pilot and helped prepare it. The resume does not claim that the pilot reduced attrition unless a follow-up evaluation supports that result. Presenting a recommendation is worthwhile work without inventing its long-term effect.
Use volunteer experience for relevant skills
The earlier volunteer role supplies scheduling and onboarding evidence. Its part-time status remains visible. Keep it separate from the corporate internship rather than combining both into full-time HR experience.
Protect people’s information
Describe the analysis without naming employees or sharing identifiable exit-interview responses. Use anonymised project summaries only where you are permitted to do so. Label academic exposure to HR software clearly.
